We are proud of our Founder President Mrs. Zebun Nessa Hossain . Alhaj Zebun Nessa Hossain was born in a noble Muslim family in Patadah Village of Madarganj Upazila of Jamalpur district, Greater Mymensingh Division on March 15, 1940.Her father’s name is Late Alhaj Doctor Asab Uddin Talukder and mother Mrs. Asia Khatun. She studied at Vidyamoyi High School in Mymensingh district, later she received her Bed (Bachelor of Education) degree from Dhaka University.
During her illustrious life as an educationist, social worker and politician – she was the founder Head Mistress of Provati Uccha Biddya Niketon, at Dilu Road, New Eskaton, Maghbazar, Dhaka established in 1972. She was there from 1972-1998 as the Head Mistress of the High School.
She was the Vice-President of the Bangladesh Nationalist Women’s Party, Founder Chairman of Jatiyo Unnayane Mohila Sangstha, Founder President of Progoti Samaj Kallyan Prosthisthan and Paribar Porikalpana Sangstha, PSKP&PPS, Founder Chairman of Children-Adolescent Vidyapeeth Noorani and Qaumi Madrasa-Orphanage and she was involved in various social activities.
She survived cancer in 2019 and from April 2022 she had brain stroke and is bed bound and suffering Parkinson and old age complications.

PSKP & PPS Progati Samaj Kallyan Protisthan and Poribar Parikalpana Sangstha in short PSKP&PPS is a non government and not profitable organization. The organization was established in February 1980.

WHO WE ARE

We are a Non Government Organization (Reg: ঢ-০৮৪১) that was established in 1980 in Bangladesh. It works with more than 100 million people who experience poverty and injustice to provide them with the opportunity to reach their full potential.Since inception it started it activities as voluntary organization under the registration of the Directorate of Social Weltere and Directorate of Family Planning and NGO Affairs Bureau. It has already undertaken program on Socio-economic development of women in the community, providing such services as Family Planning Maternal and Child Health Education and Clean Environment. The organization received fund from UFHP (Urban Family Health Partnership) from August 1997 & UPHCP (Urban Primary Health Care Project) from September 2000 for providing ESP service within the Dhaka City Corporation, Khulna City Corporation and Tongi Municipality at Gazipur District in different parts of that areas. PSKP has worked on FP-MCH program funded by The Asia Foundation (TAF) since 1984 to July 1997 in Dhaka City Corporation
